Constellation Games (the “App”) is a collection of casual games published by Stratinv FZE (“we”, “us” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Information stored on your device
The App does not require an account. Game preferences, favourites, completion history, streaks and scores are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives this gameplay information. Removing the App or clearing its storage may erase this local information.
Advertising and consent
The App uses Google Mobile Ads to display banner, interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. It also uses Google's User Messaging Platform to present consent and privacy choices where required.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share:
- Your device's IP address, which may estimate an approximate location
- Interactions such as app launches, taps and ad or video views
- Diagnostic information about App and advertising-SDK performance
- Device or account identifiers, including applicable advertising identifiers
Google states that this data is encrypted in transit and may be used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance. Google's handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and its published Mobile Ads data-disclosure guidance .
Where applicable, the App asks for consent before initializing or requesting advertisements. A Privacy choices control is available in the App when Google indicates that additional privacy options are required. Android also lets users reset or delete their advertising ID in device settings.
Permissions and information we do not request
The App does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, phone number, messages, photos, videos, audio, files, calendar, precise location, camera or microphone. It does not offer account creation, in-app purchases, subscriptions or a cloud profile.
Children
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a service associated with the App, contact us so we can review the concern.
Data retention and deletion
We do not retain a developer-controlled cloud copy of gameplay information. You can remove locally stored gameplay information by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it. Data collected by Google is retained and handled under Google's policies and user controls.
Security
The App uses encrypted network connections for advertising and consent services. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use the platform and SDK safeguards appropriate to the limited information flows described above.
International use
Advertising and consent services may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those services apply their own legal safeguards and privacy terms to such processing.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect App, legal or service-provider changes. The effective date at the top identifies the latest revision.
